Who can join
Membership is open to anyone who carries out workforce management for the UK company or organisation they represent. Your job title does not matter. What you do does.

Members can be:

• Employees who build rotas, manage attendance or process timesheets
• Managers who balance cover, leave and budgets every week
• Heads of Department who own staffing levels, labour costs and compliance
• Owners and Directors who carry the risk and want to get it right

The one criterion: you must be involved in workforce management activities for your organisation. That keeps every conversation practical, relevant and useful. Everyone in the room is doing the job, not just talking about it.
It works whatever your size, whether you have 2, 22, 222 or 2,222 employees, and whether or not you have a WfM team.
