Questions about atlasDrive

Is atlasDrive a separate product?

It's built into atlasHR and WfMHub: the same login, the same staff app and the same people, teams and sites, so sharing and permissions just work.

How much storage is included?

50 GB comes with every account. The Plus (250 GB), Professional (1 TB) and Enterprise (5 TB) plans add bigger uploads, more share links and longer file recovery, and Professional and Enterprise add e-signatures. Ask us for prices.

Can staff get to documents on their phones?

Yes. In the staff app they read and confirm policies, sign documents sent to them, and open files shared with them.

What happens to a leaver's files?

When someone leaves, their files can be handed over to a colleague as part of the leaver process, so nothing is lost.

Where are files stored?

atlasHR runs on UK servers with backups in London, and files are stored with Amazon S3.
