Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, and the app's set-up checks walk staff through location and notifications on their phone.

What if there's no signal?

The app still opens, clocking still works, and this week's rota, timesheets and recent help articles are there to read. Anything waiting to send goes as soon as the phone reconnects.

Can managers use it?

The app is for staff. Managers approve leave, timesheets and swaps on the WfMHub website, which works on phones and tablets and can be installed too.
