atlasHR questions

What's the difference between atlasHR and WfMHub?

They're the same platform. atlasHR is the HR side: records, holiday, absence, documents and people processes. WfMHub adds rotas, time and attendance, timesheets and overtime for teams that work shifts. Your free trial includes both.

How much is atlasHR?

atlasHR Core is £2.50 per user per month for up to 25 users, excluding VAT, billed monthly with 30 days' notice. Larger teams and extra modules are on our pricing page.

Can we import our existing staff?

Yes. Upload a CSV of your employees; duplicates can be skipped or updated by email address.

Is it GDPR friendly?

atlasHR runs on UK servers with backups in London, keeps an audit log, keeps each employee's private documents private (opening one needs a logged reason), and can permanently erase a former employee's record.
