WfMHub vs Planday: your questions

How is pricing different?

Planday Plus adds a £30 monthly fee to its per-user price, needs at least 10 users and runs for 12 months. WfMHub is one per-user plan, billed monthly with 30 days' notice, with atlasHR from £2.50 per user.

Can I cancel Planday mid-term?

Planday's published terms say Plus and Pro run for 12 months, renew automatically and must be cancelled at least a month before renewal. Check your own agreement.

Does WfMHub integrate with payroll?

Approved hours can be pushed into Xero Payroll UK from each payroll run, or exported as a CSV of gross pay for any provider. There's no direct Sage integration.

How do I move from Planday?
