Know what you've got. Wherever it is.

atlasStock is stock control on the same platform as your people: items, warehouses and bins, purchasing, sales orders, stock takes and live valuation, with barcode scanning on staff phones. Use it on its own or alongside atlasHR and WfMHub.

  • Warehouses & bins. Track stock across as many warehouses and bin locations as you have.
  • Suppliers & purchase orders. Raise purchase orders with approval, then receive in full or in part, with lot numbers and expiry dates.
  • Sales orders & returns. Customer orders go through picking, packing and shipping, and returns put good stock back.
  • Transfers & stock takes. Move stock between warehouses and run counts that correct the books.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up in a couple of minutes and you get 14 days with every module switched on, for up to 10 users, with no card needed. Load example staff to explore, then remove them in one click. When you're ready, your trial converts in place: same data, same logins, same web address.
What does it cost after the trial?
atlasHR Core starts at £2.50 per user per month (up to 25 users), and WfMHub, with rotas and time and attendance, is £5 per user per month, excluding VAT. atlasDrive includes 50 GB with bigger storage plans available, and atlasStock is priced to fit. There's a one-off set-up fee per user. See pricing.
How do atlasHR, WfMHub, atlasDrive and atlasStock fit together?
They're one platform from SA12 with one login and one staff app. atlasHR is the HR side, WfMHub adds rotas and time and attendance, atlasDrive is the document drive behind them, and atlasStock adds inventory. Switch on what you need.
Is there a contract?
Plans run monthly, paid by Direct Debit, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The staff app is on the App Store and Google Play, or installs straight from a link. Staff clock in (even offline), see their rota, book and change leave, swap and pick up shifts, sign documents, check stock and chat, with Face ID sign-in and light or dark mode.
Does it run payroll?
WfMHub prepares payroll rather than running it: approved hours, overtime and holiday become gross pay figures for your payroll provider, and can be pushed into Xero Payroll UK.
Where is our data kept?
On UK servers, with backups in London. Email is sent through Postmark, and the optional DAVE AI add-on uses a US AI provider.
