How is pricing different?

RotaCloud prices rotas per employee and sells time and attendance as an add-on; you'd still need a separate HR system. WfMHub includes the rota, clocking and HR in one per-user plan, with atlasHR from £2.50 per user.

Does WfMHub work when there's no signal?

Yes. Clock-ins are saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects.

Does WfMHub connect to payroll?

Approved hours can be pushed into Xero Payroll UK from each payroll run, or exported as a CSV of gross pay for any payroll provider.

How do I move from RotaCloud?
