An empty system is hard to judge. When you set up, choose example colleagues and every screen has something in it from the moment you land, with a fortnight of realistic history behind it.

Remove the examples from Settings whenever you like, or start with a clean slate and import your real staff straight away.

The example data includes

  • Staff across your departments, with a line manager
  • Booked, pending and refused holiday, and someone off today
  • Four weeks of rota, with timesheets to approve
  • A sickness record and one disciplinary case
  • Training certificates, one of them expired

Tell us about your company, pick your web address and confirm your email. No card and nothing to pay.

Set up

A short setup wizard covers your company, how you work and your structure. Add example colleagues or start clean.

Bring in your team

Your trial includes 10 logins. Invite colleagues and each one gets an email with a temporary password.

Choose a plan, or don't

When the 14 days are up, carry on from £2.50 per user a month, rolling monthly. If it isn't for you, there's nothing to cancel.

Free trial FAQs

Do I need a card to start?
No. You don't enter any payment details to start your trial, and nothing is charged when it ends unless you choose a plan.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything is switched on for 14 days: rotas, time and attendance, holidays and absence, HR records and documents, the staff app and team chat.
How many people can I add?
Your trial includes 10 logins, yours included, so you can bring in up to nine colleagues to try it with you.
Can I try it with example data?
Yes. The setup wizard can add example colleagues with a fortnight of realistic holidays, rotas, timesheets and absence, so every screen has something in it. Remove them from Settings whenever you like.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
Choose a plan and carry on with everything you've set up, from £2.50 per user a month on a rolling monthly plan. If you don't, your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Can I get help during my trial?
Yes. Our UK team is on the phone and email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Or book a 20-minute demo and we'll show you it running on your own shift patterns.
Where is my data kept?
atlasHR and WfMHub are hosted on servers in the UK.
