Audit certificate
Every signed PDF carries a certificate of completion: signer, status, time signed, IP address, an event log and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Private documents
Each employee has a private folder. On Professional and Enterprise, admins can open one only with a reason, and every look is logged.
